However, if you receive a partial, damaged, or wrong product, please send us an email with a picture of the package and contact our Customer Care representatives as soon as possible or within 7 to 10 business days after receiving the package to ensure rapid resolution. Please note that we will not be liable for any delivery-related issues if we are not notified within one to ten business days after receipt.

We recognize that there may be instances in which you wish to return a non-defective goods. Pharma Pills USA may accept the return of any unopened and unused product, less a 20% restocking fee, if you contact us within 15 business days after receipt.
